biblequizstats.net

Web application built to manage Christian and Missionary Alliance bible quizzing in the US and in Canada

Biblequizstats.net was created for different christian organizations to provide and manage information in C&MA quizzing to all stakeholders. Based on Ruby on Rails, this web application provides a framework for each organization to own a unique database so that each organization has a personalized website with relevant information without having to recreate an entire web application. In a team of six, my team mates and I implemented matrixes for even schedules, performance graphs and charts for each team and participants. Also, we enabled the website to allow area administrators to post, get and edit information pertaining to each event with more secured measures than before. Although we worked as a team to design and deploy this web application for the Christian and Missionary Alliance, I was particularly in charge of all functionalities pertaining to teams and quizzing events as well as creating the logo for this application.  Completing this project gave me an opportunity to learn new ways of implementing different databases for a different domain as well as using HighCharts API.

The web application can be viewed at biblequizstats.net. The app for Pittsburgh's C&MA quizzing can be viewed at pgh.biblequizstats.net.
